We are committed in bringing you the healthiest plants in its best condition.


How long does pre-order plants usually take to arrive?

It will take about two weeks.

Do you have the exact plant size?

We will only provide the plant's pot size.

Will I get the exact same plant as the photo?

No two plants are the same.

Each plant is one-of-a-kind and plants are different from one another so photos are not contractual.

You are buying a plant of the same species, but not the exact same plant.

The colour of my plant looks different, what should I do?

Sometimes, the colour of the plants can fade during transit due to stress.

We know that different plants have different requirement so do drop us an email and we will guide you along.

My plants look unhealthy!

Tears, holes in leave, broken stem, yellow leaves or dried flower are perfectly normal.

They are living things so it is not possible for a perfect looking plant.

The plants look wrinkled, what should I do?

This is a sign of dehydration.

Do water them and they will plump back in no time!

If problem persists, do drop us an email.


When will my order be processed?

The plants will be sent when payment is completed, and when the order is ready.

How much is the delivery cost?

Delivery cost ranges between $10-$30 for online orders.

Complimentary delivery is available for orders above $120.

Which delivery option should I choose?

Choose the $10 delivery option if  products are not labelled as "Big plants & pots".

Choose the $18 delivery option when purchasing products labelled as"Big plants & pots".

Choose the $30 express delivery option if you require urgent delivery.

Choose the $30 express delivery option if you require specific date delivery (Time frame is 3-4 days the date order is placed).

How long does the delivery take?

It will take approximately 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) using the $10 or $18 delivery option.

It will take approximately 1-2 working days using the $30 express delivery option. (Does not include the day order is processed)

Working days does not include Saturday, Sunday, eve of Public Holiday, Public Holiday and our off days*.

*Off days are dates posted noticing of our temporarily closure.

How long is it possible to hold my order before delivery?

We do not hold any orders as we would like to send out the healthiest plants to you.

I have input the wrong delivery information, what should I do?

Please contact us with your order number and let us know immediately.

If the order has been shipped out, the customer will bear additional delivery charges and delay, if any.


What should I do after receiving a damaged plant or product?

Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the damaged products within 3 calendar days upon receiving the products.

What should I do after receiving a wrong order?

Please contact us with your order number within 3 calendar days upon receiving the products.

I have ordered the wrong item, what should I do?

Please contact us with your order number and let us know immediately.

If the order has been shipped out, the customer will bear additional delivery charges and delay, if any.

Can I exchange for something else as I ordered the wrong item?

Exchange can only be done for products of the same value or higher at additional charges.

My plants look unhealthy!

Few tears, holes in leave, broken stem, yellow leaves or drying flower are perfectly normal.

We do not do refund for such cases.

There are insects in my plant!

As we commit in sending out the best plants for your order, it is hard for us to check all plants.

We will guide you on how you can remove them and it is good to have some gardening sprays ready for

such cases as it is part of gardening process. They are all part of the living organism.

 We do not refund for such cases.

Return fees will be charged accordingly for non-damaged products.

Return fees will be charged accordingly for cancelled products .

Rabbit Island reserves the rights to refuse any exchange and return of products sold.


What are the payment methods?

ONLINE PURCHASE- You can pay using PayPal or local payment methods (PayLah!, PayNow). Offline payment must be done within 24 hours or plants will not be reserved.

STUDIO PURCHASE- You can pay using cash or local payment methods (PayLah!, PayNow)


What do we do with your personal information?

Personal information such as your name, address, email address and contact number are used solely for courier service that you have opted for.

We will only disclose necessary personal information to third-party delivery services to allow them perform their service for us.
